1 year ago - Create a cache.history txt file in the tmp directory (NB: Txt or SQLite I guess)
- For ~Azure and Kurdish (online TTS)~ any TTS engines that save wav files, write the message string and wav.file name
- Next anytime a string is asked to be spoken - check in the cache first
