Add themes / colour schemes #50

A user should be able to edit the colors used in the app. including background and text.

We should provide a set of themes which changes all the colours and allow users to override it all.

these were good https://github.com/AceCentre/pasco/blob/master/scss/_themes.scss The bare minimum is changing the current hovered node. Its really hard to see even in dark mode. and no colour changing on ios does anything
