Grid3 switch #14

Added new module to control Grid3 "third party" switch interfaces #5
Put some code in - possibly sloppy code - to make sure still runs on Mac/linux if you say yes.. Should just do nothing if you set the options to true
Lastly - removed dist dir from gitignore. When testing pyinstaller its easie to have that out the way of commits
Check - syntax of options, sloppy if code for OS detection (see in my module)

NB: Note Ive added eyecommand.py - the CLI version. That may be bad practice as that of course is in the other PR. But it builds on that PR as Ive added the grid3 switch option. So merge the other PR first..

There is a problem with pyinstaller with this PR. Cant figure this out.
