Logging level can't be changed #23

Logging level is set here. https://github.com/AceCentre/FaceCommander/blob/7d389cb641c82c35a6eadfb26ea8340d72aa436c/face_commander.py#L18

There should be a way to set

an initial logging level for example from the command line for developer use.
the current logging level at run time from the user interface, like on a settings or preferences page.

Then some log messages should be changed from .info to .debug
