Sliders really hard to operate on iOS small screens #116

The sliders are really hard to slide in the config. These are better http://demos.jquerymobile.com/1.4.5/slider/#Highlight - maybe a upgrade of them is needed. Also see #115 - need a default line indicator

Also ref #114 - some sliders should probably be in fixed .5 increments. Eg scan speed
