config scroll-nav for speech, separate actions in access sub-menu & back option at start #167

Actions tab isn’t really working for me. Can we make "Actions" tab: "Helpers" (Maybe: https://fontawesome.com/icons/hands-helping?style=regular) - and Move "Helpers:” to that tab. and then Put Configure actions content back under Access. It doesnt quite sit on its own - as its all about access. Maybe those shortcuts would be useful like in speech.

Also - a quick trial so maybe me but those shortcut links aren’t changing (scrolling) for me. (Safari)
