Use API for prediction when online - and in English #240

Provide an option - maybe in the meta-data commands - of using this API: https://docs.imagineville.org - when online.

The imagineville API is good but it’s only English. We should be able to reuse this once it’s working. https://github.com/google-research/mozolm (What’s behind dasher)
