Legacy Packets not defined in online manual #16

S1 Packet definition and others are not in the documentation. Folks cannot figure out how to decode the messages without help. Information can be found on page 40 of the IMU381ZA manual. Please add section.

Legacy packets are not recommended for OpenIMU
