I don't think that's super important, we can do it after the fact anyways.

Well, for this we have two options:

Use the youtube built-in subtitles
Have them be on screen (good for customizing the subtitles)

Built-in is best and more future proof. We can still have big text on screen for important words or between "chapters" though.
