Will Not Launch

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When double clicking the executable there is no GUI or message. 
There is no errors or warnings in the event log. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
We are using the latest 64 bit executable and using Windows 7 64 bit on a new 
laptop image. Have also installed the Visual C 2012 Redistributable.

Please provide any additional information below.

Have also tried to uninstall the Visual C 2012 and Install the 2010 Visual C 
and was unable to since the installer detected that the 2012 package was still 
installed ( even after uninstalling via programs and features and installed 
updates left side pane )

hi Jeff

Before running qutty-0.8.2-beta, delete the %USERPROFILE%/qutty.xml
It will be recreated with correct setting.
For ex., the file will be C:\Users\<username>\qutty.xml
Let us know if you still face any issues.
