i can't install it says i have a missing msvcp100.dll, any fixes about that?

Based on the windows architecture(32-bit vs 64-bit) in your computer, you would 
need the appropriate Qutty executable. Also pls install the VC++ 
redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 from below url.

32-bit
 * choose vcredist_x86.exe to download

64-bit
 * choose vcredist_x64.exe to download

Can you tell your windows version(Windows 7/vista/xp), and 
architecture(32/64bit)

(1) In my computer I see msvcp100.dll in C:\Windows\System32\ & 
C:\Windows\SysWoW64\
Can you look for the dll at these locations.

(2) Can you also try running both versions (32-bit & 64-bit) of qutty and see 
if it makes any difference.

If the above steps don't work, you shall try installing the VC++ 2010 runtimes 
as follows.
Windows 32-bit
* http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555
Windows 64-bit
* http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14632

After installing you can try steps (1), (2), and see if it works.

it's a work computer i will know on sunday, but i tried both versions and i

I'm getting a similar error. I'm trying to install QuTTY-0.8.2-beta-x64.exe on 
a Windows 7 64-bit machine and I get the following when running the installer.

"The program can't start because MSVCP110.dll is missing..."

I looked in System32 and see msvcp100.dll and msvcp110_clr0400.dll but not 
msvcp110.dll.

I downloaded "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4" and 
that gave me the file I needed to install.
