A man page, makefile #13

Added a man page for gowall plus a Makefile and updated the readme.

Hey sorry for the delay in reviewing the PR

Okay so, i dont think a man page is needed, everything is documented in the repo in detail here and also the user can just use the -h flag to see how a command works , what args are needed and the available flags

Im 50/50 with the makefile , its not like there is much to be automated in the install/clean up process really, i will revisit this one though in the future

And i saw the change in the readme about the hyperlink i will add it now
