In OOK only mode the radio does not transmit properly #43

I believe this is due to the radio params for FSK 'doing something'. It would be good to sort this out properly; but a workaround is to initialise the radio into FSK mode.

This fix causes issues with monitoring, in that FSK Rx only works after sending an OOK Tx.
