Disable read of radio buffer when in control-only mode #6

There is a small edge case in an OOK only installation that does not require an auto-switch back to Rx mode on the radio device, as there is non the receive from.

Disable the auto-empty of the Rx buffer when in control-only (DT_CONTROL) mode.
