我之前也有考虑过，但是觉得既然已经对外部链接做了标识，思源内部链接似乎就没必要了

我的考虑是将思源和其他一些不常见的协议/没有指明协议名称的超链接进行区分, 让用户对单击该链接的行为具有一定的预期, 尤其是这里还有一个为内部链接添加预览的 issues 思源超链接支持浮窗预览 · Issue #3302 · siyuan-note/siyuan
