Context

Raise the Empires version: [ v0.08a prev.1] Titan Part 1

Bug description Hi dev, just inform u , this bug is very anoying. Showing notice "TResolveBattle: unitRoll out of sync" and "TResolveBattle: unit strength out of sync" in battle with tier 8 (full upgrade). hope can fix soon . Thank u for bring back this game
