Make twinkle timer reset when it twinkles, or when item (collar for me: Neck: Sapphire collar |> Rixx-Tec V <| (Stellar Core Fragment)
Timer could have min, max and average times between twinkles, which it could so when timer is checked, and say how long time since last twinkle was.
It could be shown with some simple command, like twi or $twi
Line for twinkle is: Stellar corefragment embedded in your sapphire collar radiates as streams of raw energy flow into your body.
Please dont try to change the colors of that line, it is already in good colors! I shall tell a bit later what kind of timer would be nice for it, thanks!
