install syntax for GitHubAddonRaw #313

Hi there,

would it be possible to add an install command for GitHubAddonRaw to access branches of github addons? or is there already another way?

Currently this installation method is not exposed to users. As very often bare git repository don't contain addon in a form that can be executed using GitHub releases is still recommended.
