Added a reportType for the Report Status on a POI #12

Added a reportType for asking the status of a POI. When it's blank it's a bit confusing in-game since it will say only the name of the POI

after reading my PR, I realized it may not be written too well. I was in and out of BGs when I wrote it lol.

Basically when you right click and select "Report Status" it currently doesn't actually ask for players at that POI to report their status. It would just say, for example [I] <_charactername_>: <_POIname_>

My PR requests that instead we write "Report Status At" to ask players to report the status at the POI

This is not mistake. As that button is used for reporting the status to the chat not asking about status.
