Fix a few errors in BOM

While gathering the parts for my board, I noticed a few errors in the BOM file:

• 310026-07 Resistor 1.0K: I recounted them three times, but only got 66 instead of 76 pieces.
• 380393-02 Battery NiCad: I am aware that nobody wants to have this board killer on a board ever again. However there should be some kind of battery for the RTC, since IIRC it also stores some data required for booting. In this PR I added it to the list of required parts, so at least the board will work properly when ordering all parts from this list.
• 390043-01 Shorting Bars: Should be 10 pieces, but the BOM says zero. The jumpers are required though.
• 903446-06 100 Pin Edge Card Connector: Should be 2 pieces, BOM says one.
• 390557-01 200 Pin KEL200 Connector: BOM says "Male Connector", but for the mainboard the Female (receptacle) connector is required (see the KEL 8806/07 datasheet).

Also, the BOM should be changed to address issue #2:

• L500 (391138-05 Inductor 47µH) should be moved to the "BLANK COMPONENTS" section at the bottom of the BOM.
• R465 should be removed from the "BLANK COMPONENTS" section, and added to the part list of 310026-45 "Resistor 1 Ohm (1206)", giving three pieces of this resistor.

(And since we are changing this file anyway, the "BLANK COMPONENTS" header in row 143 should get a gray background.)

This Pull Request incorporates all of these changes. However note that I used LibreOffice, so I don't know how the file looks in Excel now. ;-)

Thank you for the updates. This BOM is needing some help. If anyone wants to take it on and provide a more up to date one it would be helpful. The one here now is from the original Commodore manual sent off to repair center's. You can get most of the parts from this shared project files:

Replacing BOM with fixes manually. Please also remember to look in the new folders for updates to gerbers and build info as well. JLCPCB has been able to use parts from them to do a lot of the populating at the time of manufacturer and includes parts they can source.
