Another simple suggestion - whenever you make a new search, revert back to the first page of result.
If you're 17 pages deep in search results and enter a new search query, currently it keeps you on the 17th page of search results even if your new search result only has 7 pages, resulting in you needing to click "previous page" a bunch just to see any results.
