update Xcode to 12.4 on CI
disable Carthage deploy as it does not yet support XCFrameworks
add Carthage build check to CI

Looks like flow coordinator tests are pretty unstable 😞 3 runs different results even different test failing 😞

Well this finally made me fix the checkRootViewController function...I do not understand how the test could have ever worked...maybe Xcode 12 keeps test memory longer than Xcode 11 so these failing tests appeared
