Swift doc #67

Checklist

This PR adds swift-doc for generating documentation, changelog check action and swiftlint action.

Unfortunately, _Sidebar.md in the generated wiki is a little bit messed up due to this issue

Probably when (finally) adding Swiftlint, we should make sure that we do not have any unnecessary warnings, so it would be nice to get rid of them.

I wanted to do that in a separate PR in order not to clutter this one.

Most changes will be from swiftlint autocorrect and it'd make this PR a bit hard to read.
