ivy compatibility #15

When I run 0.5.1 in ivy I get the following error

ERROR in template must be a string

  0% compiling
Compiling stripe-angular : main as commonjs

Is ivy support planned?

No it is not. I changed jobs and Angular is not used. Pull request welcome

Please test 0.6.1 and then close this issue if satisfied
