I need to fork all required packages from original repos into our Github. This will later be put in PKGBUILDs

elfutils is where I left off today. Pretty good first day for this portion. feeling burnout, so going to move onto other part of project as a temporary step-gap measure. Time to work on getting PKGBUILDs.
