Seems both Android and PC can no longer connect after the upgrade.

PC side worked fine after upgraded v2ray plugin to v4.8.3.

But it seems there is no v2ray plug-in update on Android. Any app to recommend? Thanks! (I'm using https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.github.shadowsocks.plugin.v2ray)

Never mind, just found a solution. Posting to here for others who has the same issue:

The following place has the latest v2ray plugin for Android and it worked after testing https://github.com/teddysun/v2ray-plugin-android/releases
