Change `forward-addr` settings in `unbound.conf` #17

The rubyfish DNS can't resolv some domain names, e.g. portal.shadowsocks.com. Using Cloudflare and Google DNS can fix this problem.

Try upgrade shadowsocks-asuswrt-merlin to the latest version and try again. Cloudflare and Google DNS are not recommended because they have high latency for Chinese users.

The latest update doesn't work for me. .Add Cloudflare and/or Google DNS after Rubyfish DNS in the list solved this issue.
