Hi, this PR try to fix the issue that if user specified a different subnet address range, ss-merlin will not work.
The unbound server part is not fully fixed yet so user can't use the unbound server direcly in the subnet, but the main functionality works well without it.
Feel free to give any comment as I'm not very familiar with merlin, not sure if every step is a good practise.
