Improve/document workflow for marking sponsors as confirmed #4

Currently seems to be

create a "free" payment for them
create an invoice for that payment
view the invoice, and copy the order number from it
paste the order number into confirm_attend

Surely there is a simpler workflow?

not sure how others did it, but is surely something that needs improvement.

I want all visitors that come, either paid, sponsored or delegated by the sponsor, to be in the system. Worse case is that the sponsorring company needs the invoice, and not the attendee
