Updated dependencies and some code refactoring and testing #75

Increased sbt version to 1.3.8, Scala version to 2.12.8 and Spark version to 2.4.0. Adjusted other dependencies accordingly and fixed backward-compatibility issues. Refactored RequestHandler.parseSchema and added tests.
