Incorrect character encoding #1

Most old systems don't support Unicode, so non-ASCII and multi-byte characters will display as mojibake on them.

I testing this for a while now, and yeah...

This was tested on Mac OS 7.6.1 with MacOS ThaiEnable 2.0 installed (and it's running on emulator). Which by the way, It didn't have "Thailand" listed in choose edition page (so I added some url query as shown above) ... and it's broke.

This is weird that iCab displayed Thai characters very badly... (I mean most browsers in Classic Mac, Except Classilla and "Thai Enabled" Windows 3.x/95/98/NT4 or Me) I'm sure FrogFind will gonna have the same problem too. Isn't it?
