Create a subsection for Security Sector Governance Institutions, under Security Sector Governance

I need what is currently a simple page (Security Sector Governance Institutions) to look like this (like its parent) and act as a subsection (also see menu, back end): http://139.162.237.26/security-sector-governance/

So I can place subtopics into the section. In other words, I need a third level (sub-level) in the menu.
