Problems with back end of of website. Urgent

Hi Fred Hope all is good today. It seems that we have been locked out of the back end of our website. None of us have access to upload or amend. Our user name is Heathgate and PW activatemedia but nothing is working. Please can you rectify this as I have properties to load and am unable to do so. Thanks Viv

Hi Viv,

It should be fine now, but you may have to close all your browser windows to clear the cached redirection.

This happened because Wordpress requires a hard coded site URL, which is heathgate.com. When I installed Click desk yesterday, I had to force the .com to redirect to the .co.uk as it support only 1 domain. I changed the redirection the other way around and will update Click desk to use the .com instead.
