Currently, under the polygon tool "Segment selected volume" is disabled.

Button is disabled because we need to sort out where 3D contours are created (not on web server due to security model). May be submitted to web server, which will send to processing node elsewhere with write access to shared storage

Can use imageserv.dk.ucsd.edu for back-end processing. Setting up slurm on this host

Note: slurm setup will also be useful for spline (smoothing of polygons) generation (no issue) and issue #141 (NWB generation)
