UPDATE: NWB will not be necessary for image stacks (and annotations, if selected). OME-Zarr should be sufficient

Since latest Neuroglancer version supports OME-Zarr, we only need to address:

-pass "external" state (guest user, images load from non-brainsharer locataions) possible API just for visualizations -create some temp association with existing user ("catch all" for data sharing) for storing annotations possible just run through cloud with time-limited persistency -coordination with dandiarchive.org for link exchange
