Marked Cells Workflow table not working on active brain atlas #166

I tried checking that all my annotations were completed and saved for this last round of QC on DK62, DK50, and DK41. I tend to check the number of annotations to make sure I did not miss any labels, but when I typed in the brains to the Marked Cells Workflow table in Active Brain Atlas I do not see the any information on the latest of these sessions.

Duane and I went through the database and found out that the cell_type for the links that Kui sent us were not defined in the cell type table. After about 3 hours, Duane was able to edit the table for my url (id=800) and changed all the cell types that showed up as NULL to mixed_QC2 - which is the label that was in the url when Kui sent it out. My information finally showed up on the portal after the update was made, but only for that singular url. The other two URLs need to be edited as well to show up on the portal.

It seems that the issue is that Kui named the cell type when creating the urls, but did not create the cell type in the portal beforehand. So the portal could not find my Marked Cell Workflow session because it had an undefined cell type, and not because the session was marked as inactive.

This needs to be redone for the new annotation data.
