need scheme to add step for assurance of proper orientation of each of virtual images- came up because coronal virtual images for Song-Mao case were displayed upside down unclear how to systematically avoid this plz discuss in group meeting

This functionality is in the portal in the scan run admin page: https://www.brainsharer.org/brainsharer/admin/brain/scanrun/48/change/?_changelist_filters=q%3Dctb004 You can rotate by 90,180 or 270 degrees. You can also do a flip or flop A flip switches top to bottom and flop switches left to right. These fields need to be set after the CZI files have been processed.

Is it possible to change nomenclature to 'flip axis: horizontal, vertical'? The flip/flop is throwing me off

Flip and flop is pretty standard nomenclature. I added more text to the field choices to make it clear.
