Neuroglancer state monitoring #42

Could a list be generated on a bimonthly basis that monitors which functions are linked to various neuroglancer states?

e.g. sometimes states are "empty" no section images are apparent sometimes states have 2 of the 3 channels Not certain if active atlas alignment tool is only in selected states Some states show COMs and premotor annotations- some do not

Should we set Marissa up to be a state monitor?

New interface (demo.brainsharer.org) should have meta-data on front page to include #channels, annotations & type
