Fixed wpnonce #25

Fixed the notice "Undefined index: POSTMARK_PLUGIN_TESTING". Fixed the missing wpnonce in $_POST causing "Cheatin’ uh?" error.

I've also updated the js to the latest version of the plugin. The javascript here in the repository is 4 months old
