Matching cities/sub-regions to countries in Apple reports does not work properly #10

Lately, Apple has been adding new cities/sub-regions to its report every day. Due to this, I have not been able to solve this problem automatically yet, so I have to add new entries to the matching table manually. I will write here about each fix to the matching table.

Fixed for the update for 29.04

Looks like Apple stopped surprising with new cities and subregions in the report every day, so, for now, I close this issue.
