Working with BotFramework v4.

Corrected GitIgnore and removed unneeded files

Updated unity version to current recommended version of 2017.4

Actually we messed up and this isnt working. Don't merge this yet until we fix.

Oh that's funny. I noticed the gitignore issue back in April of 2018. But unlike this time, I didn't do separate PRs. So because this had other changes that weren't ready to be merged in, the gitignore never got fixed.

I'll close this now, can fix GitIgnore via #14
