Looks like your GitIgnore was a Visual Studio one, and not a Unity one. So a few files tracked that I don't believe you need checked into source control.

I'm going to base my updating MRTKv2 branch off of this git ignore, but I figured I'd make a separate PR first in case you want to merge in this GitIgnore change before you are ready to merge in a change to the MRTK
