Deprecate Gold Plan

Maintaining the Gold Plan with the ppc ability is quite an overhead on dev. Any time, we make any change to the plan type, we need to take that into consideration. It adds several hours of dev & testing.

Here's my suggestion:

• Get rid of the Gold Plan completely. There is no PPC option.
• Get a list of all current Gold Providers (https://app.periscopedata.com/app/activity-hero/7917/Account-Management?widget=2368070&udv=0&redesign=1), and either mark them as Free if they are not currently active, or see if we can convert them to MH.
• Providers that absolutely will not accept registrations, can move to MH plan with online_reg=false. They can be placed on the Annual Subscription plan. My suggestion would be to have the "Request Availability" Link for these providers so we can at least get user accounts. Absolute last resort would be to add the registration_url at the activity level to link to their web site.

If we turn these to free and they don't have upcoming schedules, will they get any stats email on Oct 2? I'm just wondering if I need to notify them next week, or if it can wait a few weeks.

No, they won't get the stats emails. But Gold providers don't get stats emails anyways, right?

Right, gold doesn't get stats email. So I was wondering if they would get stats email after they are switched to free plan. I think that free only gets stats email if they have upcoming schedules, and probably all of these gold providers don't have upcoming schedules.

There is a column that has no. of upcoming sessions. There is only one provider that has upcoming sessions, so they should not get any email. I think it might be best to notify them this week about that. Let me know if you have downloaded this list, so I can go ahead & downgrade all these providers to Free. Eventually, we will remove support for PPC completely.

I downloaded the list. Can you turn Spartan Sports Camp to MH and turn off reg? For now, let clicks go to their website until I can get a hold of them. The rest can be switched to free.
