Brushstrokes just sent out email to more users than they intended and then had to send an apology email. These kind of mistakes makes AH look bad too. If we show the email count before they send, they may notice they forgot to set the filter.
It is really easy to lose track of who you've sent to and/or if you applied the filter. I was just sending out email reminders for the camp fair and had 3 sessions to send to. I forgot to apply the filter and I think that the same group got the email twice.
Can we add a total recipients count below the filters? We have a count on the other reports and if you don't see the # change, it's a hint that you didn't apply the filter.
