BUG: spots aren't required to save a copied session

I saw some more sessions with "add" instead of the spots and wondered how it got that way. Tonight, I saw some ways that it happens.

1. Start by copying a session
2. Change the start/end date and days of week
3. Don't enter # of spots
4. Save session
5. Session is saved with no spots entered.

Another way:

1. Start by copying a session
2. Change the start/end date
3. Don't enter days of week
4. Enter # of spots
5. Save session
6. See error about days of week and fix error.
7. Note that # of spots is blank again (this seems like a bug too). Leave spots blank.
8. Save session
9. New session is created, but there are no spots entered

Can you include the provider name and if the listing is upgraded on this query? Trying to see how many upgraded providers don't have spots.
