Every time a provider creates a new listing, the Welcome Email results in an "unresolved email" in salesforce because there's no lead, account or contact to attach it to. Can we see if it's possible to create the lead in Salesforce first, before the Welcome Email is sent to try to avoid the "unresolved email" status?
When an email is "unresolved" it has to be manually attached to an account or contact. We use the Welcome email in the account history to tell if the provider created their own listing. This takes more time for Melissa to clean up.
