URGENT - if you are in Send Email and hit the Return key, you can accidentally send the email #391

In the Reply to and Subject fields of the Send Email screen, you can it keyboard enter and it will send the email before you are ready.

We often see providers send out an "apology" email and this is probably how it's happening. It happened twice to Wheel Kids today.

Can we also give a warning if message is blank?

The providers would really like to be able to send a test message to themselves.
