When visiting activityhero.com from an incognito window, it thinks I am in Wilmington DE.
I checked groupon and google maps, which both correctly locate me in SF (potrero hill in fact). This happens on both chrome and safari, as well as on my mobile phone when I disconnect from wifi (using cell service)
