To help providers use WePay report to see what they were paid for, change the memo field from this:
Registration for Maks Waldorff for USA Chess School Program at Active Learning - Chess and Computer Camps on ActivityHero.com
Change to:
child_name | activity_name | location_name, location_city, location_state | session_info | Registered on ActivityHero.com
example:
Maks Waldorff | USA Chess School Program | Haggar Elementary, Dallas, TX | Aug 24 - Dec 14, 2018, Gr K - Gr 5, Fri, 2:50 PM - 3:50 PM | Registered on ActivityHero.com
The | characters let the provider split into columns in excel. It can be a different character, but should be something not commonly used.
