To help sales contact providers for specific parent requests, add these fields to the provider table so it can be synced with salesforce
School holidays (api name School_holidays__c) - multi-select field with these values
MLK Day Presidents Day Ski Week Spring Break Memorial Day Summer Break Labor Day Fall Break Columbus Day Veterans Day Thanksgiving Break Winter Break
Minimum age (api name Minimum_Age) - numeric field Maximum age (api name Max_Age) - numeric field
If the provider has activities, the age fields can be populated with the min/max age across all activities/sessions.
